Standard Delivery (Est 1-3 Days) – Free
Jewelry and Watches Inc. provides secure shipping Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For security reasons, every delivery requires an adult signature. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or third-party forwarding services. To learn more about our delivery process, click here. Tracking information is available upon request.

Returns Policy
Our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. We offer the following return services to ensure your experience is as pleasant as possible.
10-Day Returns for Timepieces
Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date they are shipped or collected.
With the presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may ship your return to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. To return online purchases through our secure shipping service, please contact our client service team to obtain a shipping label.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, without scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted, and in their original packaging with warranty cards/certificates and instruction booklets.
